Check-in details will be shared with you 24-48 hours prior to your booking with directions to access the space. Our studio managers will be present to welcome you into the space.
How do we access the space?
Yes, you have access to both rooms to use during your booking.
Do I have exclusive access to both rooms during my booking?
Everything you see in the space is available for you to use at no additional cost.
What equipment is available for use?
Yes, if you go over the time that you booked for, you will be charged at 1.5x the hourly rate. Overtime is charged every 30 minutes you are in the space after your original end time.
Do you charge for over-time?
Guests may cancel their booking until 7 days before the booking start time and will receive a full refund (including all fees) of their booking price. Guests may cancel their booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the booking start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding fees) of their booking price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the booking start time are not refundable.
What is the cancellation policy?
Blanche Creative Collective is when we open up the space on Mondays for individuals to co-work, network, collaborate with other creatives and professionals in the area. There is complimentary wifi and a snack bar with light refreshments available. Feel free to stop by anytime between 10am-4pm for as long as you'd like within that time frame. Occasionally there will be classes and workshops hosted on these days for attendees to experience.
